TERMS OF SERVICE

Please make sure to read the Terms of Service (ToS) down below before commissionning me.After contacting me, I will assume you read and agreed to everything in the ToS.Any question? Feel free to contact me on my platforms. I'll try to reply as soon as possible!

PROCESS

WILL DRAW:

- Anything similar to my content
- Humans + furries
- SFW art
- Fan art of publicly known characters
- OC (Original characters)*
- Humans + furries* Only if you own them or with agreement from their owner.
(I will ask for a proof)

WILL NOT DRAW:

- Real people
- Underage characters
- Robots/mecha
- Gore, death
- Hateful, political content

I can refuse a commission if I don't feel comfortable with it, even if it's similar to what I usually draw.

You must be of legal age in your country to commission me.Please include references with your ideas and guidelines when contacting me for a commission and say what type of drawing you'd like.If your request lacks instructions, I may take the freedom to interpret it as I want.Before payment, please reply to my message within a 72 hours period or I will consider that you're no longer interested.After payment, please reply to my messages within a week or I will continue drawing without your feedback, and I will not accept any changes later.If you're busy and won't be able to communicate, please tell me so I can allow you the time needed to reply.I will update you about the commission after every finished step, I will not continue to draw before your approval.
(e.g. I will send you the lineart, and wait for your approval before coloring.)Changes can be done for free before each step, after that, it won't be possible to ask for radical changes.
(e.g. You can't ask to change the character or the position after I send the lineart.)Once finished, I will send you a Google Drive link with png and .jpeg files. .procreate and transparent .png files can be added for free upon request.
Please download these files as soon as possible and make a back up for them as I might delete them in the future to free up storage.Commissions will be publicly posted with your username mentioned, unless you ask for anonymity (work publicly posted but no username mentioned) or for a private commission (work not posted), please mind the privacy charge mentioned in the payment section.

PAYMENT

Full payment via Paypal only, after your approval of the rough sketch.Do not add a message when paying.
Please use the "family and friends" option to avoid taxes.All prices are in euro (€), please mind the conversion when paying.Complex designs (tattoos, jewelry, details...) will be charged from +10% to +20% of the original price.Alternative versions, variations and multiple panels will be charged depending on their complexity and should be discussed before payment.If you want your commission to be private, you will be charged +10% of the original price.* Please note that some furries designs may be considered complex to me, as I'm not as experienced with drawing furries as I am with humans, if that matters to you, feel free to ask me while sending your references.

WORKTIME

Worktime is about 10 days after I started working on your commission but can take more or less time depending on the complexity of the drawing or my personal life.Please don't forget I'm a human and that there are multiple slots, so I'll start with the first ones.I will let you know if anything should lengthen the waiting time.

USAGE

You're free to repost your commission, please don't forget to credit me if you do.Merch (prints, keychains, acrylic stands...) for personal use is allowed, but not for commercial use.I will never use your commission to create merch.If you're commissioning art of an OC, I will check if you really own it before accepting your slot.Do not use my art, even commissioned, to make NFTs or for AI.
